PAYMENT & PRICING
For in-stock products, clients can order and check out to pay directly on our website. Your total price will include the price of the product, shipping fee, and any applicable tax.
Even though we highly recommend paying via Paypal, it is not the only way to process payment. You can also pay via bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, American Express, etc. If you opt for one of these methods, please kindly place an order and our sales staff would contact you back with the detailed instructions.
Once Lewigs receive your requests for a tailor-made order, our staff would work on calculating the cost. The quote will then be sent to you in advance to let you see if there are any changes.
Any changes requested by the Client which in our opinion will involve us in extra time or cost will be charged in addition to the agreed price. An estimate of the extra cost and time implications will be provided upon request.
Your order will only be finalized when you have approved the quotation as well as the details of the products. Payment needs to be made before the hair system is delivered.

Please kindly note that Lewigs would process the order once you have finished your payment. In case you choose to use bank transfer and it takes days for the money to arrive, the invoice of your transaction must be sent to us in advance so that we could finalize the order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Lewigs corporate with several reputable international freight forwarders like UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. They could ship to most countries on Earth.
For some special regions, other express service or postal service will be used.
Shipping cost depends on destination, package weight, and other considerations.
For pre-made products, the shipping fee will be calculated right when you process the check-out.
For custom-made one, our staff will make it clear to you when contacting to discuss about the order.
Normally, it takes up to 3 business days to pack and deliver the products. It would take longer if your address is at remote areas, like mountainous areas or islands.
Yes, we do. Please note that if the goods are about to be delivered to less-populated or less-accessible areas, there will be a surcharge in the cost.
Yes, we do. Lewigs support drop-shipping. The shipping cost is calculated based on the receiver’s address.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Yes, you can. Lewigs gladly accept returns on all eligible products. An eligible product must be in original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, uncut, undamaged, containing no odor or sign of wear or styling product).
Please kindly note that with custom-made order, return is not acceptable. We will try our best to apply changes to your items so that it could meet your requirements.
When returning your items, you can choose to get your money back or store credits for further purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 3 – 5 business days since Lewigs have received your item. In case you pay via credit card, it would take some more days for the bank to process your credit back to your account.
Or, clients can choose to save credits for further purchase. No fee is charged or subtracted in this case, also.
Your items will be considered Ineligible Products if they are:
– Worn items or items containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product.
– The lace base or hair that has been cut or chemically processed
Please note that gifts added at checkout are not eligible for return/refund.
Requires for adjustment will be accepted. Please kindly send your item back to Lewigs along with a detailed request on which need fixing. Clients are responsible for paying the round-trip shipping fees.
We temporarily do not have any policies on exchanging products. If you are not satisfied with our items, you can consider to return it and order another one instead.
You have 03 days since the day of receiving items to return your un-cut, uncolored hairpiece for a full refund, minus the shipping cost.
If it takes too long to deliver, Lewigs have the right to reject it.
